Welcome to the Exhibitors Section of The Newmarket Wedding Show

The Newmarket Wedding Show is being organised by Orangery Flowers. Below are all the details about the show, but if you have any further questions then please contact Kate at info@theNewmarketweddingshow.co.uk or on 0845 257 2921. The Show

The Newmarket Wedding Show will be located at the Millennium Grandstand at Rowley Mile Racecourse, Newmarket. The location is perfect for attracting visitors, with plenty of parking for both the exhibitors and visitors, a full self service restaurant, serving sunday lunch on the day and also the extra facility of an exhibitors meeting lounge to entertain any visitors, who you would like to discuss wedding details with further. The last show gained around 375 regiserd brides with extra not registering.

All exhibitors will be sent lists of all brides that register on the day and all exhibitors details, so contact can be maintained between shows.

Wedding shows have proven themselves to be an effective format of advertising your business directly to potential customers. As most weddings take place within the year following the event, there is a quick return to be made and hundreds of new potential customers each year. This is why we hope to offer this show biannually. This is believed to be a first for the Newmarket colleges, which have offered weddings for some years.

The Organisers

Kate and Andrew Page are the organisers of The Newmarket Wedding Show. Kate Page now runs Orangery Flowers, but has 10 years experience prior to this in Project Management and large contract planning. Andrew is an engineer and has excellent experience in construction planning. As a husband and wife team, Kate will be handling the management of The Newmarket Wedding Show and Andrew will be arranging the floor planning, stand requirements and on the day running.

Orangery Flowers organised The Cambridge Wedding Show at Homerton College, in 2007 and 2008. The last show gained around 400 registered brides, around 1200 visitors and many other unregistered parties attending the show. Feedback from the visitor point of view has been excellent and it has been highlighted as one of the biggest and best shows in the region giving a new light on old style event. The fashion shows were extremely busy with around 200+ people attending on both occasions. One rare occurance on the day is that many suppliers took orders at their stands.

On the day event co-ordination will be managed by Kate and Andrew, with the full support of their event team.

Show Details

Venue: The Millennium Grandstand, Rowley Mile Racecourse, Newmarket.
Dates: 5th September 2010
Times: 11am till 4.00pm
Exhibitors Entrance: Along the main drive and follow the road around to the right. You can bring your cars right up to the doors for set up and you will be guided to your easiest access point.

Set up will be from 8.15am on the morning of the event for completion at 10.30am.

Stand Details

The event is spread over 3 different areas which encompass the whole main areas of the stand. This means that various sized exhibition stands are available on a varying price scale. Included in all pricing is:

The Newmarket Wedding Show understands the need for variety, that's why we guarantee there will be an even spread of suppliers with limits for each wedding category. Please be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Advertising of the Show

The show organisers realise the importance of advertising a large event like this and will be using radio, print and web based media to promote the event to as many prospective customers as possible. The Newmarket Wedding Show website will feature a list of all the exhibitors, once all spaces are filled. This will remain on the website until the next show, so that brides that lose details can refer back to the website for company details.

Next Shows and Waiting Lists

We realise that we will not be able to take every supplier that wishes to exhibit at the next show, due to the supplier limit being in place. We will always endeavour to advertise the details of the next show on this website in the show details section at the top of this page. Sales of stands will start around a month after the first show. To make sure a fair system of stand allocation is in place we will be firstly opening the show to suppliers that have exhibited at the previous show and those companies that have been on the waiting list for two shows or more. This will be in place for one month. After this time the shows will be open to all other companies on the waiting list and first time exhibitors.
